Welcome to the Steubing Ranch Pool Committee Page. The Steubing Ranch Pool Committee oversees the following tasks and operations:

• Monitor the conditions of the pool and the facilities on a periodic basis to ensure that conditions are as safe as possible
• Submit recommendations to the Board of Directors as needed.
• Monitor the ability of the lifeguards to enforce the rules at the pool.
• Monitor pool operations to ensure that they are appropriate for our homeowners.
• Keep the pin up board updated.
• Monitor and assist in the scheduling/communication of the pool parties and swim lessons
• Recommend changes to improve the safety and security of the pool area.
• Ensure that the pool is being properly used by the homeowners.
• Check the pool from time to time before and after hours to make sure that not one is in the pool area when they should not be.

Pool Hours

• Closed Mondays
• Tuesday thru Sunday open 6-9 am for adult swim; 9am – 9pm for family swim (RESIDENTS ONLY)
• Lifeguards/Monitors are on duty from Memorial Weekend till Labor Day Weekend. The pool is a swim at your own risk and rules are posted on deck and need to be strictly followed.
• NO Smoking on the pool premises and NO alcoholic beverages in the pool area.
• Each household is only allowed 4 guests maximum and they must be accompanied by the ADULT resident key holder.
• Pool parties must be scheduled thru Real Management @ www.realmanage.com.

Swim Team

Thanks to all the swimmers and parents who were a part of our successful initial season of swimming. The parent support and swimmer enthusiasm was what made it a success in addition to our swim instructors who gave them the foundations. We hope all of you and more will be joining us for another season of swimming.

We will be competing against other neighborhood swim teams for some healthy competition and good fun. Our potential practice times will be in the mornings and afternoons and they will begin in mid- May till early July.
