IMPORTANT UPDATE!! A pettition drive is starting to stop the development of the Apartment Complex on 1604, west of Valero. This complex will back right up to the Steubing Ranch Community. They want to build 288 units on the land. A few of the Steubing Ranch Neighbors will be going door to door the next few nights with a petition opposing the construction. Please sign the petition and stop this development. We need to let our HOA President, HOA Board, Councilman, and Mayor know we don't want this in our backyard. We need your support, please let your neighbors know about this!!! Thank You
